Admission

COLLEGE CARD

The admission schedule for Post-Graduate (M.A. M.Sc.)Classes,BS(4-Year) Undergraduate Programs and First Year Class will be announced in the National Newspapers.
The students must get College Prospectus from the college office and submit their admission form within the due date given in the schedule.
First year: (F.A F.Sc ICS, I. Com) BS – 4 year M.A., M.Sc. Part 1 the schedule for admission will be announced in the national newspapers. This schedule will be strictly observed.
The students are directed to come on the day of admission along with their parents or guardians. They must bring with them their original documents as well as the attested photo copies of the same. The following documents should be enclosed with the admission form:

  1. School/ College leaving certificate.
  2. Result Cards of Matric, F.A., F.Sc., B.A., B.Sc.
  3. Character Certificate.
  4. Five passport size coloured photographs in blue background (one attested from the front and four attested on the back)
  5. In case of service, nomination certificate, permission letter from the concerned officer.
  6. In case of disabled candidates, a certificate from M.S. Civil Hospital
  7. Agreement
  8. 9. Photo copy of national identity card (if the candidate is 18 years of age or more.)
  9. 10. Photo copy of Computerized National Identity Card of Father/Guardian.
Note:

The age of the candidate should be maximum 18 years for the First year, 22 for BS Ist Semester and 26 for M.A. Admission in the college will be in accordance with the admission policy of the Government of the Punjab.

ADMISSION IN M.A / M.SC CLASSES

M.Sc. Zoology, Botany, Economics, M.A. English, Urdu, Political Science, Islamiat

Admission to postgraduate classes will be according to the schedule announced in the national newspapers. Both boys and girls are eligible to get admission in M.A/M.Sc. Admission in the college will be in accordance with the admission policy of Government of the Punjab. The students who have passed their B.A/B.Sc. exam at least in second class or who have got 45% marks in the said subject are eligible to apply for admission. All the applicants have to take the admission test. The formula is as under: MarksObtained +Interview+Subject+Metric, F.A/F.Sc. B.A/B.Sc. (Divisions) First Div. 5 Marks Second Div. 3 Marks Third Div. 2 Marks.

FINE / PUNISHMENTS

  1. If a student remains absent for one period or for one day, he will have to pay Rs.1/-
  2. The student who remain absent before or after the end of summer/winter/spring holidays, will have to pay Rs.1/- for each day. However, this will not exceed Rs.5/-
  3. It the student does not attend composition classes and practical classes, he will be charged Rs.2/- for each period.
  4. If the student does not take the college examination, he will be considered as failed. He will be charged Rs. 50 for each paper in which he remains absent.

CODE OF CONDUCT: (EXPULSION FROM COLLEGE)

The college expects from every student male or female to act upon the college code of conduct and show better behaviour like responsible citizens. The Principal can expel a student who fails to show good results, neglect studies, remains absent or involves in any objectionable activity. The college student should keep in mind that the college can check any student any time.

CODE OF ETHICS: (PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES)

the students (Male and female) of this college are instructed to strictly follow the code of conduct set by the college. Some key codes are: NO Mobiles NO Smoking NO Political / Illegal Activities

CHANGE OF SUBJECTS

The change of subjects is for Intermediate students only and it can be availed once according to the given time period as notified by the office.

RE-ADMISSION

The student can avail re-admission only ONCE by paying a fine of Rs: 150/- with the following conditions:

  1. He / She is not overage.
  2. The gap is not more than one year.
  3. Had good conduct during the previous stay.
  4. The Principal accepts the justification.

HOSTEL STUDENTS:

Hostel students are bound to follow all the rules and regulations of the college. In case of any violation of the rules fine or any other punishment will be imposed.

DRESS CODE (UNIFORM)

College uniform is compulsory for every student of the college. Color dresses are not at all allowed in college. In case of violation of dress code fine or any other punishment will be imposed.

Girls:

White Shirt, White Shalwar, Grey Scarf, Grey Socks, Black Shoes

Winter:

Boys:
